Train the Trainer or Team and Community Building

Audience: Corporate / business, teachers, camp staff, recreational, religious and youth organizations.  Activities are generally appropriate for adults and/or youth.

Time Frame: Half to all day

 Learn how to “bookend” your events, trainings, and meetings with simple, memorable activities for openings and closings.  Take home openers that set the stage for what comes next, create a safe environment, and connect the participants in a personal and fun way, while respecting the stage of development of any group.  Learn ways to facilitate closure, highlight the experiences/learnings of the event, how to integrate reflection, and say good-bye in unique and thoughtful, fun ways.  Help participants leave, feeling their time spent was worthwhile.
