Audience: Corporate / business, teachers, camp staff, recreational, religious and youth organizations.  Activities are generally appropriate for adults and/or youth.

Time Frame: 1 – 3 days

Have fun getting results!  Participate in several of the most time-tested and successful experiential activities that can be used with nearly any group, and customized to your group goals.  Group members are presented with a problem to solve and a goal to accomplish.  Together they inquire, assess, plan, create, listen, lead, follow, delegate, learn about each other’s strengths, manage time, create, and plan an outcome. 

Participants do more than talk, they DO something, illustrating that, “Actions speak louder than words.”  Metaphorically, the process often matches a problem the participants find present in daily life.  Reflection times (spontaneous and planned) seek to find real life applications for the learnings extracted from the experience.  Initiatives are self-directed except for safety issues.  Learn the initiatives and how to customize them, practice accompanying debriefs, and be confident to try them yourself.
